We want you to love your new Kipling bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
